Schluchsee Lakeside Trail & Jägersteig
The Schluchsee Lakeside Trail is a popular walking and hiking route, around 18 km long, running directly alongside the water, offering stunning views of the lake and plenty of opportunities for swimming and taking a break. From the Parkhotel Flora Schluchsee, you can reach the start of the trail in just a few minutes – depending on the access point, it is around 0.5 to 1 km away.
The Jägersteig is a varied, unspoilt hiking trail above Lake Schluchsee, featuring narrow paths, root-covered sections and impressive vantage points overlooking the lake. The start of the trail is also very close by and can be reached from the Parkhotel Flora in about 1 to 2 km.

On board the MS Schluchsee, you can experience the largest lake in the Black Forest in complete relaxation on a tour along the impressive lakeside landscape. The cruises operate seasonally and call at several jetties around the lake.
The MS Schluchsee jetty is easily reached from the Parkhotel Flora in about 10–15 minutes on foot (approx. 1 km).
Black Forest Fun Park
The Hochschwarzwald Fun Park in Schluchsee offers action and variety for young and old alike. Whether it’s bouncy castles, trampolines, climbing frames or other leisure attractions – the focus here is on exercise, fun and spending time together. The park is a particularly popular destination for families and active visitors, and is perfect for a varied day out at Schluchsee.
The Hochschwarzwald Fun Park is located directly on the Hand, behind the Parkhotel Flora. You can easily reach it in about 5 minutes on foot.
Titisee
Lake Titisee is one of the most famous lakes in the Black Forest and a popular destination for visitors from all over the world. Nestled in a stunning natural setting, it offers a wide range of leisure activities – from leisurely strolls along the lakeside promenade and boat trips to swimming and water sports.
Around the lake, cafés, restaurants and small shops invite you to linger. A stroll along the promenade or a boat trip with views of the surrounding forests and mountains is particularly lovely.

Dom St. Blasien
The impressive St. Blasien Cathedral is one of the largest domed churches in Europe and an architectural highlight of the Black Forest. With its imposing white dome and light-filled interior, it captivates visitors with its grandeur, tranquillity and unique atmosphere.
The former Benedictine abbey church was built in the classical style and today welcomes visitors for tours as well as concerts and events.

Feldberg & Feldsee
At 1,493 metres, the Feldberg is the highest mountain in the Black Forest and a true natural paradise for active holidaymakers. Whether hiking in summer or skiing in winter – the area around the Feldberg offers a wealth of opportunities for exercise and relaxation amidst stunning scenery.
At the foot of the Feldberg lies the idyllic Feldsee, a glacial cirque lake surrounded by steep, wooded slopes. The unspoilt nature and the exceptional tranquillity make it one of the most beautiful spots in the Upper Black Forest. The Feldsee is only accessible on foot and is a particularly popular destination for hikers.

Ravenna Gorge & Great Ravenna Waterfall
The Ravenna Gorge is one of the most impressive natural landscapes in the Black Forest. The wild and romantic hiking trail leads along the rushing Ravenna River through a narrow gorge, past moss-covered rocks, small bridges and dense forests.
A particular highlight is the Great Ravenna Waterfall, which cascades picturesquely down several tiers into the depths and is a popular photo opportunity. Equally impressive is the historic Höllentalbahn viaduct, which spans the gorge high above.
