Our wine cellar boasts a carefully curated selection of wines. Alongside wines from the Kaiserstuhl region, you’ll find wines from other renowned wine-growing regions – perfectly matched to our culinary offerings and a variety of tastes.
Our terrace, situated right next to the hotel garden and in the immediate vicinity of the nature park, offers a pleasant setting for some time out in the fresh air when the weather is fine. Whether it’s coffee and cake, a glass of wine or another drink – this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely weather.
After your meal, our bar invites you to round off the evening with a drink of your choice. In the cosy fireplace lounge, the crackling fire creates a special atmosphere and ensures a peaceful end to the day.

Whether you’re a morning person or prefer to start the day at a leisurely pace – we’ve got something for everyone.
From 7.30 am to 10.30 am, a generous and varied breakfast buffet awaits you, with something to suit every taste. For anyone who places particular importance on a balanced diet or needs to take allergies and intolerances into account, we also offer lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan options – simply speak to our friendly service staff, who will be happy to help. However, we do ask that you let us know in advance.
To accompany your breakfast, we serve a variety of Seeberger coffees, prepared with great care and attention, as well as a wide selection of high-quality Teekanne teas, which you can enjoy at your leisure.

Coffee & Cake – Enjoy a sweet break

From 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, we invite you to enjoy coffee, tea and homemade cakes. Take some time out for a short break and enjoy the afternoon in a pleasant atmosphere.
Our coffee and cake specialities are available on a self-service basis, so you can organise your break exactly as you like – completely relaxed in your bathrobe, as you switch back and forth between the sauna, swimming, massages, and relaxation.
Whether it’s a cup of coffee, a selection of teas or a slice of cake: make yourself comfortable and take a moment for yourself during your stay.
This is a delightful way to round off your afternoon wellness experience.

Look forward to our daily-changing 6-course menu this evening and let our kitchen guide you through the evening.
We ask that you take your seat in the restaurant between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm. This will allow you to enjoy your dinner in peace and quiet.
Our menu
To start, we’ll serve you a starter and a hot soup. This is followed by a selection of various salads from the buffet.
For the main course, you can choose from three different dishes. The meal concludes with a dessert and a cheese platter.
Take your time to enjoy your evening with us and savour the various courses in a pleasant atmosphere. We wish you a delightful evening!
Our Hotel Bar, Fireplace Lounge & Winter Garden
Round off your day in our hotel bar. Whether it’s an aperitif to start the evening, a digestif after dinner or a drink whilst enjoying a cosy get-together – our bar offers the perfect setting for your evening.
Particularly during the winter months, our fireplace lounge invites you to make yourself comfortable by the fire. The crackling open fire creates a pleasant atmosphere for quiet moments and convivial evenings.
Our bar is open daily from 09:00 to 23:30. The drinks menu features classic cocktails as well as wines from the Kaiserstuhl, other German wine regions and international wine-growing areas. The selection is complemented by a range of other drinks and light snacks.
Whether you’d like to wind down the evening in peace, have a chat with others or enjoy a romantic evening for two – you’ll find plenty of space to relax in our various seating areas.

Special Requests
If you do not wish to have our gourmet menu on a particular evening, you may opt out. We also offer a special highlight available by advance reservation: Double Entrecôte, carved at your table and served with vegetables, two sauces, and Pommes Dauphine—a culinary delight in a class of its own.
Please understand that during the summer, our half-board menu is served exclusively in the restaurant and not on the terrace, in order to ensure the best possible quality and dining experience.

To ensure you have an unforgettable and safe dining experience, we ask that you inform us of any allergies, dietary preferences, or special dietary requirements before your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute or unannounced changes. Despite our utmost care, traces of allergens cannot be completely ruled out. Depending on the effort involved, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
