At our restaurant on Schluchsee, we offer a unique blend of regional cuisine and international specialties. Inspired by their travels through Asia, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East, our chefs create menus that combine local traditions with exotic touches. Our wine cellar, featuring select wines from the Kaiserstuhl and other regions, rounds out the culinary experience.
Our terrace, which borders directly on the hotel garden and the nature park, invites you to relax during the day. Whether you prefer regional delicacies or international specialties—both lovers of traditional and extraordinary flavors will find something to their liking here.
After dinner, you can wind down the evening at our well-stocked bar or by the fire in the cozy fireplace lounge. A perfect place to enjoy the day in peace.
Special Requests
If you do not wish to have our gourmet menu on a particular evening, you may opt out. We also offer a special highlight available by advance reservation: Double Entrecôte, carved at your table and served with vegetables, two sauces, and Pommes Dauphine—a culinary delight in a class of its own.
Please understand that during the summer, our half-board menu is served exclusively in the restaurant and not on the terrace, in order to ensure the best possible quality and dining experience.
Allergies & Food Intolerances
To ensure you have an unforgettable and safe dining experience, we ask that you inform us of any allergies, dietary preferences, or special dietary requirements before your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute or unannounced changes. Despite our utmost care, traces of allergens cannot be completely ruled out. Depending on the effort involved, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
